Pictures Showing My Progress
Basically the process i follow to get rid of pimple clusters is simple. I keep my hair very short, preferably less than 1 inch. I wash the little amount of hair I have left 3 times a day, once in the morning, once in the middle of the day, once at night. Any shampoo is fine. I wash my face whenever it gets oily, around once every hour to once every two hours. Any hand soap is fine. I use calamine lotion also whenever I feel like it. Whenever basically. Also, it is prefereable to wash with cold water.
Also, in the beginning of the process, I do something where I wash my hair, rinse out all shampoo. Then, wash my whole head with hand soap: face, hair, and back of neck. Then I pat all dry. Then I pop all the pimples I can, maybe its five or ten, whatever. Then I pat them all dry, blood, pus, bloody pus, whatever. Then after five minutes of patting or so (I do other shit while I pat them, like use the computer, its not consistent application of something, just dab every minute or something) I wash my whole head with hand soap again. Then dry again. Then keep dabbing any pimples that are still pussing or bleeding or bloody pussing. Then wash whole head again with hand soap after about 10 minutes or so. I do that maybe once or twice a day for 3 or 4 days, starting at the beginning of the process.

Middle of the Process
The following pictures were taken in the middle of the regimen, somewhere around 3 days after I started.
I don't feel any soreness. Some pimples still grow, but they are small and few.
Of course most of the pimples you see are from the beginning of the process, when it was all a big pimple cluster. Such as that large red area you see in the seventh pic. Some of the densest areas of pimple clusters are where new pimples may occasionally pop up during the process.
End of the Process

Total time to go from viscious pimple swarm to no visible sign of pimples, about 1.5 weeks. But this all depends on the conditions. The conditions that apply to the 1.5 week time are:
• (+) hair is kept short (less than 1/2 inch)
• (+) temperature of water used to wash area is as cold as possible
• (+) Low humidity environment, mostly air conditioned environment
• (-) mostly no sun
• (-) no salt water contact
• (-) no bleach water contact
• (-) eating foods without regards to impact on acne
• (-) water used to wash area is water-softened water
The pluses represent good things I did, the minuses represent things that i didn't utilize that maybe could have helped it go away faster.
So the total time it takes you to make the pimple swarms go away will depend on the conditions associated with the process.
And so why do my pimples come back again? Because I get lazy, and I stop washing my hair three times a day and my face whenever it gets oily. Maybe we stop using our air conditioning and the humidity gets in the house. Maybe I only wash my hair in the morning when i get up, and my face once or twice a day. Maybe I start letting my hair grow out longer then 1/2 an inch. Then all these factors play in and I get pimple cluster swarms once again.
