How come they don't work??? Because you put the shit on your face, but your face still keeps making oil, so its kinda pointless. The idea is that the oil production halts. There is over-the-counter pads i think, which work, but are kind of annoying, can sting, and do not keep pimples away any more effectively than my outlined process using just soap and calamine. There is also pills, if you don't mind being a pill popper, it might turn your shit different colors, or result in some adverse reactions or whatever, but if that's your thing, otherwise, all this shit is just unnecessary and unhelpful.
