Sexual Thoughts are Trickery

The process of eliminating sexual thoughts must be a multi-pronged approach. Multiple strategies must be applied concurrently. So far the following strategies are:

If you have to fight then you have already lost.
It must be nonexistent - because then there is nothing to fight.

In order to succeed, you must lose interest; because if you have interest, then there is conflict.

There are a lot of things to conquer after sexual thoughts such as anger, getting mad at how you get everything wrong - you need to accept that

Sexual thoughts is a distraction; it distracts you from the real things.
Sexual temptation is a very powerful beast to bring down, to conquer, and to tame.
You may find youself hungry, but you must tell yourself, "now is the time to fast"

You have done well at conquering other things, such as sadness, regret, anxiety, wanting of sweet foods, coffee, alcohol, feeling down on yourself. Sexual thoughts is the hardest yet.

Learn to be the watcher. Learn to see yourself from outside of yourself. Look at yourself, see what you are doing, what sense does it make? Look and see where you are taking yourself.

You must walk in the way of the great masters, not in the way of the weak human.

The great masters say that non-difference is the key to mastering the mind.

One interesting thought is that you find sexual thoughts and its cycle annoying, and yet it still makes its way into your mind, because you seek the pleasure that satisfying it creates for you.

You can’t make the connection.
You have to sever the connection.

Your devious half is always looking for a way in.
Your other half wants to make the connection, to the feeling, the sensation.

You falter when you lose sight of the goal, when you lose your focus, when you forget what is really important.

Justification for Separation, Reasons not to think sexual thoughts

First you need to justify the validity of separation.
Then you need to ask how you will separate.

So first you need to justify that separation from sexual thoughts is valid.
Then you need to ask yourself how you will separate from sexual thoughts.

1. Takes time away from productivity
2. You can not be master of your mind as long as you let sexual thoughts control your thinking
3. Creates unstability in mind
4. Can lead you to darker places
5. Think of how amazing it will be when you let go of this

Why not just give in whenever the urge acts upon you? It is a form of pleasure seeking.
For one, it is a weakness if you allow it to have power over you.
Why not accept the fact that you have weaknesses and just give in and indulge?
If you are called upon to do something, why not do it?
You must be righteous, clean, pure, (of mind) this is the path.


The Attachment Must Not Be There

The attachment must not be there
The desire must not be there
You must sever all connections
There must not be any attachment to sexual desire
There must not be any attachment to money
There must not be any concern or care whether there is fate or destiny
It should not matter
It must not be there
It must not matter to you
It must have no significance, no bearing, no weight

You removed alcohol
You removed videogames
You do not care about the past
Now you must detach from sexual feelings
You must break them off
They should not matter to you

Conquer sexual thoughts completely, fully, wholly, absolutely


An examination of thoughts and the body

One may be able to think more clearly when the senses are isolated from the mind. Thus, removing external distractions to thought.

I spend considerable time thinking about
•how to use thought to override chemical and biological processes within the body
•how to use thoughts to guide the process of thinking


First I started off thinking about how an image can be observed with the eyes and it can translate into effects being felt at the scrotum, balls

The eyes observe a hot naked steamy female spreading wide. This causes sexual arousal within the human. This translates to affects which are experienced at the penis and scrotum.

The scrotum produces sperm. The rate of sperm production influences thought. Left alone, the testes will keep producing sperm. As the accumulation of sperm gradually increases, it gradually becomes more difficult for the mind to resist sexual thought. As the mind focuses more on sexual thought, the rate of sperm production will increase. Therefore, the mind and the testes are interrelated, they communicate with each other, and what one does will have an effect on the other.

The mind, the testes, the eyes are all enclosed within the body, they are all connected to each other.

It is thought that the mind is a medium or interface between the eyes and the testes. That is, say there are two pictures, one of a hot naked steamy chick spreading wide and the other of a plain rock. Now what is the difference whether one looks at the picture of the rock or the picture of the female. If one looks at the picture of the rock, then chances are, there will be no effects on the testes and penis. If one looks at the picture of the naked chick, then that will translate into effects at the groin.

The visual data is taken in from the eyes, and processed biologically and chemically, and sent to the brain, before the data is sent to the testicles. The visual data sent to the brain from the eyes is interpreted. The way the data is interpreted influences the effects that occur at the groin area.

The processes that occur in nature, or with man-made objects, or in space, are using mass and energy.

The reactions that occur in the body are biological and chemical.

One may look at a picture of a hot chick and the data is taken in visually, one may hear a female making sexual noises and data is taken in the form of sound, by hearing, or in the form of video, with both visual and sound, or if one were to make physical contact with a female and data would be taken in by sense of touch, or through communication with a pretty female, or even just by thought alone, and no input through the senses. The mind alone can create thoughts. The mind can create a scenario, and the thinking about the scenario alone can translate into other effects elsewhere in the body.

You see, the data that is processed in the mind, whether it be taken in by the senses or produced by thought alone, it is processed in the mind. It is processed biologically and chemically. But what happens? Thoughts are produced, generated.

Thoughts

If you take out the processes that occur in the body and you could hold them in your hand, what are they? The things that occur in our body can be broken down to the molecular level, to the atomic level. Cells and bacteria communicate with each other, even over long distances in the body. Signals are sent throughout the body, in the form of molecules, proteins, atoms, or even electrical impulses (electrons)? The processes occur through the utilization of mass and energy. The mind sends signals to the scrotum. The scrotum sends signals to the brain. The eye sends signals to the brain. Not only these things but all systems and subsystems within the body are connected and thus interrelated. Therefore, what one does or does not do may have effects on the other systems or subsystems in the body.

So if you could take out the biological and chemical processes that occur in the body and hold them in your hand, what would they be? Mass and energy. Mass and energy are products which are utilized by the body.

But what about the brain, the mind. What does the mind do? It thinks. Thought.
What are thoughts? They are also, products.

If you could take out your thoughts and hold them in your hand what would they be? They are not energy or mass. They are completely intangible. Yet, they are products.

Of what significance is this?

The mass and energy utilized by your body results in processes. These processes correspond to what you do. They correspond to how you feel, how you act, what you do. They affect your thoughts, words, and deeds.

What about thoughts? Thoughts are also products and have the same influences, they also correspond to how you feel, how you act, what you do. They have an influence on your thoughts, words, and deeds.

Now,

Do chemical and biological processes have effects on other biological and chemical processes in the body? Yes.

Do your thoughts have an effect on other thoughts that occur later? Yes.

Do chemical and biological processes in the body have effects on the thoughts that occur within your mind? Yes.


Do your thoughts have an effect on the chemical and biological processes in your body? Some people think so.

Example. If one is able to mentally through thought control oneself and restrain one self from focusing and thinking about things of a sexual nature. If one were able to do this what would happen? Would the rate of sperm production be affected? Well, the way in which the sperm is stored would be effected, because only so much could be accumulated. Therefore, that in turn, may have an effect on the rate of sperm production.



The thing is, is that most everything that happens, happens using mass and energy. Whether it be other biological organisms, man-made objects, phenomena in space, etc.

But with humans, there is another component, thought.

Mass, energy, and thought.

The effects from mass and energy, which are translated into biological and chemical processes in the body, may be so strong on an individual’s mind.

Some thoughts are reused within the mind. Like a feedback loop some thoughts from old are reprocessed back in to current thought.

Thoughts are produced perhaps from biological and chemical processes in the brain. But these thoughts are products which may be used to influence further thought.


Thoughts may be stored. Computers. Computers store data. Comparisons are sometimes made between the two, data stored in a computer and thought stored in the mind. Now, when data is stored in the computer, it is stored in the form of 0s and 1s. Is this 0 and 1 data of any use to the user? If you give this seemingly random pattern of 0s and 1s to the user, can it be used? No. If the user whishes to access and use a file, the file must first be extracted from the 0 and 1 data into a form that the user may be able to use.

Thoughts are stored within the archive we call memory. Our memory. when we store thoughts, do we store them in the form of thought, or do we store them in an alternative form, which is then translated back into thought when it enters our mind again?


Initially an event from our past is recalled in the form of thought alone.

But, this event from our past can be translated back out from our mind in the form of other data represented by means which can be sensed by others by using their five senses of hearing, sight, smell, taste and touch.

An event from our past may be recalled. Initially, it is only in the form of thought.

We may be able to extract this data, and represent it in a form which can be aware of other than by thought. Such as extracting this data to a painting, which is then observed using the sense of sight. Or we could extract the data in the form of word to a story, which would then be observed by using the sense of hearing.


Note: the sexual thought and testicles were chosen as an example because of the easy ability to isolate the effects, to be able to associate them with a part of the body, and because of the strong effects that are produced upon the mind.

But other similar examples are:
•The effect food has on the mind, the way different foods may result in the way one thinks. The different things that are extracted from different foods. The more time goes by where food is withheld from an individual, the stronger effect it will have on the mind and the harder it will be for one to resist thinking about food.
•The effects of sleep, the way in which the amount of sleep may affect the brain and thoughts. The more that one is deprived of sleep, the stronger an effect it will have on the mind and the harder it will be for one to resist thinking about sleep and falling asleep.
•Testosterone or estrogen, the way they affect the mental stability of one, their influence on anger, or passivism. More testosterone will make it harder for one to resist aggressive tendencies.

These are also things that are internally related, and involve biological and chemical processes which act on the mind. And, thoughts may be used as products to help regulate the mind with respect to these different things.


Now, there is a reason it becomes harder to resist thinking about food the more time goes by where food is withheld – for survival of self.
There is a reason it becomes harder to resist thinking about sleep the more that time goes by where sleep is withheld – for survival of self.

There is a reason it becomes harder to resist thinking about sex, as more sperm is accumulated – for survival of species.


I would assume that testosterone levels in males increase as you go further back in time, because aggression was necessary for survival of self and tribe.

But as societies gradually became more civilized, there became less of a need for high aggression in individuals. A high level of aggression was not needed in order to succeed, thrive, and reproduce.

Sexual thoughts accumulate in conjunction with sperm until they are both released which is represented by the vertical lines.


Envision what it would be like to become more than human

Envision what it would be like to become more than human – to be unfazed by the feelings, emotions, and desires that bind you down. To envision what it would be like – to be free of this bondage. To see what it would be like to be there – this must carry you – this must uplift you, and take you there. Imagine what it would be like to be free of all the feelings, emotions, and desires that hold the common people down – to rise above and beyond the typical human psyche. Imagine what it be like to be there – to be in that place. Calm, content, perfectly satisfied, at equilibrium, peace, alignment.

If, at a given moment, you imagine what it would be like to be free of the bondage of being bound by sexual thoughts, then at that given moment you are imagining that freedom, in that given moment you are free.


Acceptance Shall Help Lead to Peace of Mind

have to get rid of sexual thoughts because it binds me
everything you do is connected to everything else you do and everything that happens to you
you have to empty sexual thoughts, and also empty everything else.
you need to be accepting of whatever happens to you
you have to acknowledge that if you have a goal with an objective in mind, something you are trying to achieve, most likely the opposite will happen
if you are trying to do something and you are expecting that a certain thing will happen, the opposite will happen
if you want a certain thing to happen, the opposite will happen
you have to acknowledge this, accept this, and accept fate and destiny, acknowledge the way things are
you can not be affected by this, you must be peaceful and accepting and knowing of the way things are and the way they happen - the way they are destined to happen
it is almost as if the way things operate, you can see the way they will unfold, even though you are expecting a different outcome
everything is ordered and predetermined to happen in a certain way, and you can see this, and yet you expect something different, you expect a different outcome
you need to accept the way things are destined to happen, and you must not expect a different outcome,
understand the way things are destined to fall into place, and accept that.
learn to see things for the way they are, the way they are destined to fall into place
and learn to accept that, so that you can find peace.
acceptance shall help lead to to peace of mind.

never ever be sad, upset, discouraged, frustrated, angry, when things do not work out the way you expected them to, or the way you wanted them to
because you must acknowledge that certain things are destined to happen a certain way, and by accepting this and by understanding this, you can find peace


you have a certain 'control', but this 'control' is really destiny
play your life, but remember you are an actor in the movie of life
you are acting out your life according to the script that was written for you
with one perspective, you can do anthing with your life, you can take your life anywhere, you can take yourself to the highest of highs or the lowest of lows
with another perspective, it is already written for you.
either way, you must accept the notion of these two possibilities, and do not let there be conflict.
act your life as if you are in control, but acknowledge the possibility of predestination
and accept things as they happen in your life, regardless of how you view them.

only by accepting everything the way it is, the way it has been, the way it will be, and the way it unfolds,
only then will amazing things begin to happen to you
because you restrict, constrict, and hold yourself back, and choke yourself off, when you fight the way things must be
accept the way things must be, and then wonderful things will begin to happen


Visualization Exercise

The root of the problem lies at eliminating the desires. If the desires are there, then a struggle exists. There must not exist a struggle, else you have already lost.

Close your eyes and see yourself standing in the emptiness. Now see yourself pushing away the sexual thoughts and desires. You really have to visualize it, not just read these words. See them moving away from you, getting smaller and smaller, off into the distance, until they are gone. Now see yourself standing there, it's just you. At this moment you should feel a sense of lightness, like a weight has been lifted off of you. This is what you want, you want to capture this. In this moment you are free.

Whenever you feel sexual thoughts or desires coming back to you, regardless of the degree, you should repeat this exercise.


How Sexual Thoughts Work in a Man's Mind, An Analogy

You are standing in the ring, facing your opponent. You are an average 6 foot tall man. Your opponent is a little baby. Your opponent represents sexual thoughts and desires. The bell rings, right away, the baby is hitting your ankles. The baby doesn't hurt you the slightest bit, yet he keeps hitting you relentlessly. Then, he starts to grow, he begins growing, all of a sudden he is a little boy, he is still hitting you, it still doesn't hurt. But he keeps growing, all of a sudden he is a young adolescent, then he grows into a young man. Before you know it, it is an honest match and you are trading punches, he is the same height you are, and the same build. But it doesn't stop, he keeps growing, all of a sudden he is bigger than you, 6 foot 5, 7 foot, 8 foot. Then he becomes a giant 10 foot tall ogre, then a giant 14' tall vile ogre beast. Eventually, you can not do anything to stop him, he just crushes you like nothing, as if you were the little baby... The sexual desires have won again. After the giant ogre beast crushes you into the ground, he turns back into a little baby, you gather yourself, pick yourself back up, and the next round starts. It starts over again.

What can you do to stop this cycle? How do you stop this giant ogre beast from crushing you again and again, time after time? Thing is you can't. You can't stop the giant ogre beast, you can do nothing to stop him. But you can kill the baby. To make you feel better this baby is a mean, ugly, vile looking creature. You can kill the baby before it starts growing to a size that you can not defeat. You kill the baby. But eventually, it will come back to life and start growing again, so you have to keep suppressing it, keep pacifying it. Every time it comes back, you have to knock him back down to zero. Even at the slightest bit. The smaller your opponent is, the easier it will be to keep it down, at zero, or close to zero.

This means that at the slightest notice of sexual thought, you must do away with it.

But every time you do away with it, will it come back stronger than it was before? I don't know.

This is how I view the way sexual desire increases with time, as in gradually increasing waves.



Now, if you can recognize and learn to catch the thoughts as soon as they occur, while the strength is low, you can keep stopping them, and keep the strenght of sexual thought low, as shown:



But if the sexual thought comes back stronger each time, then you need to have quicker and quicker reaction or response times as to the ability to catch the thoughts when they occur, because the rate will be faster, so you need to be able to catch it faster. You could not wait as long to catch it as you could before. As you can see in the following graph, you need to be quicker and quicker at catching the thought before it rises too high.



Nonetheless, you have to catch it and keep it down while it's low, otherwise it will keep increasing beyond your willpower and beyond your limit of self control.


Watch the Feelings Pass On By

As you progress, you will experience flashes, or rushes, your heart will race or beat a little faster, as certain thoughts want to come to mind. Do not try to shut out these feelings, but accept them, let them come to pass. Watch them, let them come in, and watch them go. Do not try to fight against them, just let them go away.


Responsible Parent and Demanding Child Analogy

There is a part of you, the sensible, responsible adult - the one that knows better - the one that knows what is best. Then there is another part of you, the irresponsible and demanding little child, the part of you that does not know any better, that doesn't know what is best for you. Which part of you do you ultimately in the long run want to win? What part of you do you want to dominate your life? Ultimately, in the long run, if the responsible parent perseveres with the child, then the child will grow into a responsible young adult. If, on the other hand, the parent is weak, and gives in all the time to the child's demands or wishes, or does not care what the child indulges in, then the child will grow up to become a weak irresponsible young adult.

Let's say there are two people in your head that represent you. There is the responsible parent, and the little baby that doesn't know any better. Sometimes, that little baby wants a candy bar. The responsible parent says no. Then the baby starts to cry, "WAAAAAA!!!!". The parent still says no. Then the little baby starts throwing a temper tantrum. At which point does the parent finally give in and buy the candy bar to quell the baby? Or does the parent realize that it is not good for the baby to have candy and it does not give in whatsoever?

Those two people are in your head. And if you regularly give in to a desire, an addiction, then usually the little baby is winning. Even though you realize that it is the responsible parent that knows what's best.

Who do you choose to embody at any given time: the irresponsible baby or the responsible parent?


Think About Time

You can not keep going through this - repetitive, cyclic. Do you want to spend 8.3% of your life engaged in this sort of thing?

When is enough enough?


The Vortex Analogy

Think about a vortex, that is like a downward spiral, or a black hole. The closer you get to the center, the harder it is to get back out. Your level of strength determines how close you can get to the center, and still be able to get back out. When you are just beginning to master an aspect of yourself, you must stay on the far outside perimeter, where it is safest, and you need to make sure you stay there. In terms of getting rid of sexual thoughts this means that when you just start that it is dangerous to subject yourself to any kind of stimulation to the five senses that might evoke a sexual sensation. For example, when you are just starting it may be dangerous for you to look at naked pictures of attractive women, for you might weaken and give in. The more strength you develop the more you can afford to get closer, because the closer to the center you get you should not feel any different no matter where you are in the vortex.


Getting closer to breaking free from sexual thoughts

The thoughts must simply not exist.
Sexual thoughts must simply not exist in order to get to the higher plane.
the tendency to have an angry or pent up reaction must simply not exist in order to get to the higher plane.

The higher plane is where you can have higher vision. more clarity. you can see more than you could before. your understanding and knowledge grows.

Remember that playing video games and having sexual thoughts are related. they both take you away from things that you should be doing, things that you truly want to do. they are both distractions, they are both easy, they both are brainless activities.

If you are going to stop having sexual thoughts, you must also stop having thoughts of wanting to play videogames.

Sexual thoughts must simply not exist in order to get to the higher plane.
Acceptance shall help lead to peace of mind.
What is the significance of anything we do?


Nothing New

basically, your body is suckering you into committing the same action over and over again repeatedly

you're doing something that you have done countless times before and that millions and even billions also do and have done and will do before you

there is nothing original about it

there is nothing special about it

it has been done countless times before

you're obeying your program.

you're obeying your design

you are not doing anything new, nothing original,

you are executing the same program over and over again.

its about letting it dissolve and fade away

there is nothing to be sought after

let it dissipate

Sexual Thoughts are Trickery

You need to realize that sexual thoughts are recurring, repetitive, and wasteful. Giving in to sexual thoughts is unnecessary work, wasting energy, and wasting time. You also need to realize that sexual thoughts is trickery. The whole thing is a process meant to get you to get your sperm out of your body. In order to release it, you need to be tricked into pursuing the illusion of pleasure. There is pleasure awaiting you if you have sexual fantasies and stimulate your penis. You also need to realize that there is no difference other than internal and external vs say the media or a biotech company creating a pleasure for you and giving you a means to get there. When the time is right, you start to have fantasies and are led towards the illusion of pleasure. This happens over and over again. Whether internally or externally, you are led. Like the carrot in front of the donkey, the bait is set for you to come and get it. Whether internally or externally, different things are vying to get your attention and get you to do something.
